Representative Pruitt moved that the House concur in the Senate amendment to CSHB 59(STA) am, thus adopting SCS CSHB 59(STA), and recommended that the members vote yes. The question being: "Shall the House concur in the Senate amendment to CSHB 59(STA) am?"
