Representative Pruitt moved and asked unanimous consent that the                                                                
House consider the Senate message (page 1055) on the following:                                                                 
                                                                                                                                
    CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 59(STA) am                                                                                            
    "An Act relating to missing vulnerable adult prompt response and                                                            
    notification plans."

Representative Pruitt moved that the House concur in the Senate                                                                 
amendment to CSHB 59(STA) am, thus adopting SCS CSHB
(STA), and recommended that the members vote yes.
